WHEN: 4-class session / Thursdays, January 9-30 from 6-8 PM

DESCRIPTION: Join instructor Mary Ann Martin for a fun and hands-on 4-week beginner sewing class where students will learn how to create their own pants, shorts, or pajama bottoms. Learn the basics of sewing, including using a sewing machine, reading patterns, working with fabric, and mastering essential techniques for constructing comfortable pants or bottoms. This class will equip students with the skills to sew or alter their own garments with confidence.

AGES: 16+

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner + above

LOCATION: Upstairs classroom

SUPPLIES: Sewing machines will be provided. Students must purchase the following supplies after the first class but before the second class: pattern, 2-3 yards of fabric, and necessary notions (thread, elastic, buttons, etc.)

CAC CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. No credits will be given the day class is to start or after the start of the educational program. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
