DESCRIPTION: Join Instructor Alayna Erne for a fun and creative evening of crafting two beautiful and functional kitchen essentials! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll design, hand-build, and glaze your very own ceramic colander and matching herb splitter. These pieces will not only add charm to your kitchen, but they’ll also be useful for your cooking and meal prep!
You will receive guidance through each step, from shaping the clay to ensuring your colander has the perfect drainage holes, to creating a handy herb splitter that makes chopping herbs easy and fun. You'll also learn how to add your personal touch with color and glaze, making each piece uniquely yours. CAC will fire all pieces.

CAC REFUND POLICY: No full refunds are permitted for tuitions paid for educational programs. Participants may receive a 50% tuition credit that can be used for a future educational program at CAC. After the start of, or the day of, the educational program, no refunds or credits will be given. Should CAC cancel any educational program, all participants will receive a full refund.
