Family Art Day / April 12
WHEN: Saturday, April 12 / attend any time between 10 AM-2 PM
DESCRIPTION: Join CAC, in partnership with Three Moons Fiber Works, for a special Family Art Day focused on fiber arts! Families will have the chance to explore the creative world of fiber arts, just like the artists of the Duneland Weavers Guild in their Fiber Art 2025 exhibition, on display in the upper gallery.
After taking in the exhibit, visitors can move to the classroom to create their own projects inspired by the artwork, including woven self-portraits, embroidered wall hangings, and contributions to a community weaving project. Plus, visitors will have the chance to learn about yarn spinning and watch a live demonstration of the process.
TUITION: This event is free + all ages are welcome
